Refund Policy

We are confident in the quality of our service, and you can be confident in us. 

Though we operate in an unpredictable and difficult environment; still we are performing consistently & 
give 100% confident of our ethical values, reliability of our systems, and people. If the service really 
doesn’t satisfy you or you have encountered problems that we were unable to solve and if you find our 
Export-Import shipment data is wrong, we will be happy to give 100% money back within 1 week. Any 
limitations described in the following terms and conditions are not created to cause you inconvenience, 
but only to prevent an unfair use of this guarantee. 


Inclusions 
• All fields in each Data reports are 100% true and authentic as per sources. 
• 100% of information as reported by external sources to us is provided. 
• No tampering/alteration has been done by Happily Trade Exim staff. 
• Data is not recycled by changing date. 
• Data belongs to same port and same HSN Code for which it is ordered.

Exclusions 


Information collected is on best effort basis, Happily Trade Exim is a data aggregator and NOT the 
primary producer hence following exclusions are applicable. 
• 100% coverage of all records/ shipments. 
• Absence of any specific information E.g: Exact Size and specification, complete product 
description, Email, complete Names in full form, Addresses, Phone No.s etc.

Terms and Conditions 


Happily Trade Exim makes all efforts to provide an error free and timely reports, however the data is 
based on multiple sources and we do not take any responsibility for its correctness, completeness, 
changes in formats, timely availability, etc. No liability including, but not limited to refunds, is assumed 
toward readers/subscribers in event of any such issues. 
No refund shall be applicable once the data is delivered. Happily Trade Exim shall not accept any request 
regarding refund made by You, after delivering the data. No refund shall be applicable on the data 
reports arranged on specific order basis. 


Online Subscription:

There is no refund of any Subscription Charges, unless otherwise stipulated in these Terms or in a Form 
or in a Subscription Plan. Refunds will not be issued for partial use or non-use of the Service(s) by you. 
Refund shall only be made in the case of Transaction Failure and Double Time Transaction. In case of 
transaction failure, if money gets debited from your account, we will refund full amount as per 
refunding time period (i.e., 48 working hours after your request). And in case of double time transaction, 
if amount get debited 2 or more times from Your account, we will refund rest of the amount as per 
refunding time period.
